How long does the process take?

Our process is pretty quick, on average most customers will be in and out in about 15 minutes

How much will I get for my items?

There are 3 key components that make up the price of your items: weight, karat and market value. In order to determine what you will get you will need to bring your items into our office and let an expert examine your valuables.

Do I need an appointment?

​No, in most cases you can walk-in and be helped immediately.

When should I make an appointment?

We only recommend appointments for large quantities or diamonds that are 1 carat or larger

What do you buy?

Whats the difference between 10k and 14k?

The difference is the purity of gold, 10k contains 41.7% gold while 14k contains 58.5% gold.

How do you determine if my items are real?

We do variety of tests on your items to determine if they are Gold, Silver or Platinum. All test are done in front of you, your items will never leave your sight.

What if there's no stamp that says 10k, 14k, 18k etc?

No problem, we will safely test your items to determine the material and the karat of your items.
